Due to superb growth, my client are looking to add to their current team by hiring a Project dministrator to manage their orders and contracts, this is an important role within the organisation that will suit a process and organised individual. You will have excellent levels of customer service experience, with a good admin background. This is a truly fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to join a young, dynamic team with a genuine career path. Offering a competitive salary of GBP22,000 -GBP23,000 per annum DOE, with hybrid working. This is a full, time permanent opportunity.
THE ROLE
To complete all engineer work schedules.
Managing health and safety packs.
Effective utilisation, efficiency and productivity of the field engineers
High levels of communication with the Reactive team.
Scheduling tool to aid the completion of projects.
Scheduling of engineers out onsite.
To escalate outstanding jobs ensuring all tasks are mitigated where applicable.
To provide support to the Management Team and Team Leader.
THE CANDIDATE
Experience of managing projects / scheduling of engineers.
Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
High attention to detail
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbally
Ability to manage time effectively.
Efficient and highly organised
Good team player and highly customer focussed.
A great sense of humour highly beneficial, but not essential!
