Our client is looking for a Trainee Energy Assessor to join their well-established firm in Cambridgeshire. The firm are market leaders for building compliance services in the construction sector with various residential and commercial projects.
To be considered for this Trainee Energy Assessor role you will have:
Mathematics higher grades for GCSE and/or A Levels
BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, Engineering, Architecture or similar (Desirable)
Brilliant time management and communication skills
Excellent relationship building and positive 'can-do' attitude
Full UK driving licence
Knowledge of excel, data analysis and reporting
Willing to travel to sites
Office and Construction industry experience (Desirable)Working as a Trainee Energy Assessor you will:
Complete SAP assessments and calculations
Deliver technical support to clients
Complete planning reports
Deliver sustainable design advice to clients
Liaise with clients, planning department, building control, etc.
