Title: Sales and Marketing Administrator, Tewkesbury
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP26,000 plus bonus
Hours: 8.45 am - 5.15 pm, Monday - Friday
We are looking for someone with real energy, enthusiasm, and motivation to join our clients' busy sales and marketing team. The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be an excellent communicator. If you are looking to start 2022 with a new challenge, please read on!
Duties will include but are not limited to:
Support and coordinate the activities of the sales team and manage the sales dept diary
Administer tenders, bids and enquiries within the CRM
Manage the flow of information from customer to the sales team and ensure information is stored accurately
Liaise with customers and manage their expectations regarding return dates and general expectations. Act as a first line of communication if required.
Taking data from Operations and feeding back into the sales dept processes for future quotes
Gather customer feedback and share with the sales and marketing teams
Provide support to the marketing Manager. This may include, creating database lists, planning, and scheduling sales and marketing events and liaising with external marketing professionals
Carry out marketing campaigns
Manage and update sales presentations with guidance from the Sales Director
Request supplier / sub-contractor discounts
Maintain price lists
Schedule sales department team events
Complete and issue a monthly sales and marketing reports
Support the process of sales ordering and sales paperwork to sale to the service team
Support the Sales Director with administrative and co-ordination tasks as requested

Experience in working within a web-based CRM
Prior experience in order processing and working within a marketing function would be a advantage but is not essential
