As a Branch Manager at TeacherActive you will be expected to be an inspirational and compassionate leader. You should have the ability to build trust and engagement from staff as well as showing you can develop new starters helping them to achieve their goals and aspirations, in order to drive performance.
The role involves
Leading a team of established billers and looking to add and develop new consultants.
Build your own office structure through developing consultants in to leaders and looking to recruit from outside.
Creating strategy to grow and maintain the candidate base looking at both Qualified Teachers, Support Staff and SLT.
Build your network across the Education Sector in the East Midlands, including working closely with our biggest clients and looking to develop relationships with Multi-Academy Trusts.
Ensuring delivery of budget through planning headcount, client strategy using both temporary and permanent recruitment.
You will receive
Market leading support and training, attending regular leadership events within the company to share ideas and best practice.
Uncapped branch related bonus.
Competitive starting salary between GBP40-GBP60k with the opportunity to increase with key milestones.
Realistic Year 1 OTE of GBP55-75k and increasing with the size of the branch.
Bonus relating to business brought into the office.
Share options in the company after probation giving further opportunity to earn from companywide success.
