Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join them in Stone, on a temporary basis for 4 months. The main purpose of the role is to provide office support to the customer service team, therefore experience within an office/administration environment is beneficial.

Main Responsibilities:

* Ensure active management of the Customer Service mailbox throughout the day, passing queries to relevant team members with as much information as possible. Pass any potential customer leads for new orders to the relevant Sales Representative / Application Specialists.

* Scan the delivery notes from Suppliers and ensure accurate filing on the shared drive location.

* Perform daily invoicing of shipped orders, ensuring copies of invoices are sent to customers via email.

* Update dates on customer orders and send updates as needed

* Handle the requests of Sales colleagues. Be proactive and comprehensive in replies and respond as quickly as possible.

* Communicate any significant complaints to the Customer Service Manager so that the relevant action is taken to address the complaint and to minimise any adverse effect on the customer and company.

* Support the customer service evolution to best in class.

* Ensure compliance to GDP, ISO 9001 and any other applicable quality standards.

Qualifications / Experience:

Essential;

* Organisational skills

* Good standard in education including Maths and English with GCSE (or equivalent) at Grade C or above

* IT skills on MS Office Suite

* Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately and as part of a team

* Passion for customer service

Desirable;

* Experience in an office environment

* Knowledge of invoicing
