As an integral part of our team, you would be joining a collaborative environment, in which two days are rarely the same.
THE ROLE
To support the consultant team in delivering commercial HR and Employment Law advice and support across a range of industry sectors, undertaking advisory activities where appropriate, and leading on internal initiatives.
Working within a busy and dynamic environment, this is a challenging yet rewarding role, that offers great exposure, variety, and excellent development opportunities in the field of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, training, and development, and more!
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be involved in day-to-day client-facing activities, as well internal resource management, and marketing. You will also be involved in networking and events appropriate to the world of HR consultancy.
The role involves regular travel to client site and events, so flexibility, the use of a suitable vehicle, and a willingness to travel is essential.
THE INDIVIDUAL
The ideal candidate will be looking to undertake an Apprenticeship framework with a view to completing a Level 3 or Level 5 CIPD qualification. You will exude confidence and be an excellent communicator with a friendly manner, coupled with an eagerness to learn, diplomacy, and the ability to deliver on commitments.
We are looking for you to have a genuine desire to work collaboratively and contribute to the team's success, demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail, and be respectful of confidentiality and sensitivity information.
You will ideally have experience within an HR environment, and an understanding of key employment legislation and hot topics
