Our client has an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join their Property Services team to help them make sure customers are safe in their homes. You’ll help to manage their annual gas servicing programme and complete admin to process and complete their planned maintenance programme.

Job requirements

• Project manage the annual gas servicing programme for the Group.
• Organise follow-up works and respond to any recommendations made by contractors.
• Provide admin support for their planned maintenance programme.
• Keep and update records on our IT systems, making them available and ready for reporting and analysis.
• When jobs have been completed by contractors, you’ll work with our finance team to issue payment.
• Maintain the stock condition database by reviewing and updating entries.
• Support the Quality Building Officers by arranging visits and property inspections.

What they’re looking for

• Someone with a good general level of education with GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English.
• A relevant qualification in building, maintenance or health and safety.
• Experience of data management and working to budgets within a housing or maintenance environment.
• Someone with knowledge of health and safety laws and best practises.
• A great communicator who can work effectively with customers and contractors.
• Good IT skills with the ability to use digital data recording systems.
• Someone who can work on their own and use their initiative with good time management and organisation skills.
• A positive DBS check.
