Receptionist / Office Administrator

We are continuing to expand our team and are looking to recruit an Office Administrator to cover a varied number of duties.

The ideal candidate will have a good administrative background, strong customer-focused skills and a can-do attitude.

The role will include the following duties:

  • In most instances, be the first point of contact for customers.
  • Logging of customer breakdowns and service requests that come in by Email and Phone Calls.
  • Processing of job sheets; liaising with our parts and service departments to keep customers up and running.

You will be joining a small office team whose focus is to maintain the high levels of service our customers have come to expect. You will play an integral part of the team, carrying out the day-to-day administrative tasks to keep things flowing. You will be responding to customer enquiries; collating information; keeping company systems up-to-date, and ensuring our engineering team workloads are planned and managed.

You will be required to have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service orientated field.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
