Ayrshire College and its Business Growth team have a unique and exciting opportunity for dynamic specialist trainers to join our pre-approved commercial register. This is a key role for the College where the successful trainers will support the development of the economy in Ayrshire by offering specialist training.

You will support the delivery of skills training targeted at businesses and contribute to the development of bespoke composite courses, delivered face-to-face (subject to Government guidelines) during the day and possibly evening.  This role will require client engagement in order to define, develop and deliver highly specialist programmes, including bespoke courses and industry qualifications to meet the requirements of businesses.

We are seeking suitably qualified and trainers who have a track record in delivery and ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse group of learners and support them to achieve relevant skill levels.   You will provide support and guidance to inspire and train learners and prepare regular progress updates for internal and external stakeholders.

You will educated to ordinary degree level or equivalent or alternatively, hold relevant industry based qualifications together with extensive, and current experience within the area of specialty
