You'll be joining a busy and varied HR function, the role will support the HR Business Partner and Director of HR in all the administration and co-ordination activities.

This will include:

  • Undertaking administrative responsibilities associated with the recruitment process including monitoring advertisements, recording, tracking, and responding to applicants. Working with recruiting managers to set up interviews and track outcomes.
  • Prepare and issue of offers of employment and new starter packs and track and check the receipt of new starter paperwork in a timely manner
  • Assist and support the onboarding and probation process
  • Maintain and monitor all mandatory training. This will include, adding people, enrolling people on to the relevant online learning modules, monitoring completion, capturing data and updating HR database on monthly basis.
  • Maintain employee records and accurately update changes to the HR Database
  • Undertake the administration of company benefit schemes
  • Administer the company Performance Development Review (PDR) process, ensuring all PDRs are received at relevant milestones, logged, reviewed and filed accurately.
  • Support and participate in HR projects as required
