Catering Assistant
37.5 hours per week, term-time only (39 weeks per year)
Hours: 7.30am to 3.00pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £15,214.19 to £15,837.18 per annum
The College is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Catering Assistant to assist the Chef Manager and Deputy Chef Manager in providing up to 2500 students and 250 staff with a first class, high quality, in-house catering service in the College’s Refectory. The successful applicants will perform a range of catering duties to assist with the smooth running of the catering operation and to provide the highest possible level of customer service.
The post is available with immediate effect on a permanent, part-time basis.
Although the post is for 39 weeks per year, the salary will be divided into 12 monthly payments. There will be some private functions during the evening and weekends for which extra payment will be given.
As a Catering Assistant, you will work in a busy environment and will be required to regularly interact with students.
