Our client is a leading manufacturing business who are seeking a Site Administrator to help oversee all administrative tasks. This company is seeking to employ people for the future, someone who is enthusiastic to jump at the chance to progress within a company.

Responsibilities of the Position

To support the Site in ensuring overall business objectives are met.
To assist with the identification, development and implementation of process improvements
To ensure that all work meets both internal and external customer expectations on delivery and quality.
To be flexible and adaptable as required.

Key Area Responsibilities

Raise all Purchase Orders on system
Ensure all requisitions are authorised and codings are correct
Progress and chase suppliers
Assist management team with budgeting costs
Support Storeman as required.
Answer any queries regarding invoices and payments.
Receive invoices and log onto system.
Send invoices without order numbers for authorisation and ensure invoices have GRNs.
Liaise with relevant stakeholders on payment for suppliers.
Accurately maintain payroll records for employees.
Update any changes to payroll adhering to monthly deadlines.
Accurately maintain holiday and absence records.
Report preparation for departments as required.
Support the maintenance of all HR records and ensure they are accurate, up to date and comply with GDPR requirements.
Provide a confidential and proactive HR administration service to stakeholders.
Carry out inductions as required for new employees.
Organise workwear for existing and new employees.
Organise any site visits and catering as required.
Organise rewards as required to include GEMs, Safety Awards, Attendance Bonus etc.
Manage communications to include answering telephone and post.
Carry out any other reasonable duty as requested by the management team.

Knowledge and Experience

Previous experience of working within a similar position.
Good communication and organisation skills
Excellent numerical skills
Knowledge of Infoflo preferable.
Excellent IT skills with proven working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Experience of Kronos Time & Attendance system Advantageous
