Customer Relationship Manager
GBP25000 to GBP27,000 plus Commission & Benefits

A large automation company are looking for Customer Relationship Manager to be responsible for
building strong relationships with our customers and partners and pro-actively coordinate communication and actions between the Sales Floor and specialist subject matter experts. You will have experience working within a sales or service environment in an engineering organisation.
As a Customer Relationship Manager your day-to-day responsibilities will consist of.
Reporting into the into the Customer Experience Team Leader you will manage a range of different accounts and maintaining regular contact with the customers.
Providing industry leading customer service, will be required to nurture and grow assigned accounts.
Capturing feedback via NPS and monitoring improvements with the customer.
Provide detailed explanation of products at a catalogue level, as well as demonstrating a firm understanding of the range of product to customer and offer alternative parts.
Taking the lead in customer calls, providing delivery performance updates, identifying opportunities and resolving customer issues.
Completing of all administrative task in line with minimunm standards, updating systems accurately and handling both inbound and outbound tasks in line with customer needs

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
Planning and Personal organisation skills with previous coaching and mentoring skills.

Problem-solving and analytical skills
A passion for delivering exceptionally high levels of service.
Able to understand and translate technical information to the requisite level
