Warehouse Supervisor

Job Title - Warehouse Supervisor

Salary is £22,000 - £24,000 depending on experience

You'll be leading a small but fast-paced warehouse operation and you'll be hands-on and leading from the front to ensure all systems are running smoothly and our orders are processed to exacting standards

Person specification:

• Proven warehouse and supervisory experience with great communication skills
• Have loads of packing experience and skills to help us ship a wide variety of goods near and far
• Great leadership skills so you can guide and develop your team with confidence and positivity
• Oversee quality assurance, stock management, space usage, productivity, picking & despatch and customer service
• Good written communication and numeracy skills, backed with solid IT competence
• Excellent attention to detail with drive to identify and implement improvements
• Help champion Health, Safety, Wellbeing and support a positive working culture for all
• Work as part of the wider management team on continuous improvement

Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm

22 days holiday (rising to 25) + bank holidays
