I am currently recruiting for a Bid Writer / Manager to join a leading waste management solutions company.
About the role
Responsibilities include-
??Review of SSQ / PQQ / ITT / RFP documents to identify risks and opportunities
??Set up and manage the bid process
??Leading the end to end bid process, ensuring resources are coordinated to complete within tight deadlines
??Create bespoke, compelling responses which makes us stand out from the competition
??Preparing and giving presentations
??Keep stakeholders updated with requests, meetings and timescales
??Analyse lessons learnt and adapt processes to deliver continuous improvement
??Expand and maintain a comprehensive bid library and streamline the bid creation process
??Identifying opportunities within the private sector through market insight and knowledge
About you
You will be an experienced Bid Writer / Manager who can create content as well as manage the entire bid lifecycle. Ideally you will have experience bidding within the Facilities Management, Retail, Manufacturing, Industrial, Logistics or Transport sectors however other sectors will be considered. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be able to manage a busy workload and work to tight deadlines, have excellent attention to detail and possess strong customer facing, presentation skills. Previous experience working with private sector supply chains would be an advantage. This role is predominantly home based with occasional travel to the Midlands.
