We're recruiting for Awesome Customer Service Advisors in Corby/Work from Home

Day Shift -

7-3pm (Fixed)

8-4pm & 10-6pm rotating

9-5pm (Fixed)

All shift options with 1 in 5 Saturdays and 1 in 10 Sundays - Day off during the week in lieu.

1 in 5 weeks in office.

GBP20,475 / GBP10.50 p/h up to GBP20,982 / GBP10.76 after 6m and up to GBP21,470 / GBP11.01 after 12m.

Job Purpose

To deliver outstanding and optimal customer service, and to create a positive impression for our well-established client.

Your Duties:

Handle customer enquires via incoming and outgoing telephone calls, email, fax and, correspondence, including:
Book Service visits
Identify and order spare parts and accessories
Take ownership of customer queries and follow through to completion.
Provide self-help advice
Respond rapidly to all inbound customer traffic observing the current Service Level Agreements (SLA's)
Deliver first-class quality customer service
Promote products and services with the aim of generating income for the business and improving customer loyalty. This may include the selling of repair plans, extended warranty, and accessories where appropriate.
Ensure you have the necessary tools and knowledge to perform your role.
Promote cost-effective use of company resources and equipment.
Ensure confidentiality and appropriate use of customer information according to data protection
Adhere to company processes, procedures, policies, and standards
Maintain effective working relationships
As a team member, to contribute to the overall success of the team and the company goals by maintaining regular attendance, punctuality, focus and professionalism at all times
Be flexible in your approach to meet the changing needs of the business consistent with training, experience, and contract of employment.

Maintain tidy work area and report health and safety issues to the Group Health and Safety Manager
Perform all other duties as reasonably required that are consistent with both training and experience.
Experience, Skills, and Personal Attributes:

Customer service background
Telephone communication skills
Be customer focussed
Computer Literate
Ability to work as an individual whilst contributing to the overall success of the team
Able to work under pressure
Have a sense of humour
Be self-motivated
Problem-solving skills
Flexible approach
Some geographical awareness would be beneficial
Domestic Appliance industry knowledge/experience would be an advantage
