Private Client Solicitor NQ - 3 Years PQE

FPSG's client is a highly regarded specialist Law Firm who have a fantastic opportunity for a Private Client Solicitor to join their office in Dundee. As a highly successful & established firm, our client undertakes a varied spectrum of matters within the private client space on behalf of high net worth individuals, trusts, beneficiaries and charities. Our client acts as true custodian's to their clients' interests demonstrated by their industry leading reputation in this practice area.

This role would be a fantastic opportunity for Solicitor who has up to 3 years qualified experience in Private Client or a Newly Qualified Solicitor who has perhaps had a more focused training contract within this practice area and is looking to take the next step in their career!

Role Responsibilities

As a Private Client Solicitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Meeting with and advising clients on a range of issues.

• Providing advice to clients on Wills, Tax Planning, Executries, Trusts and Guardianships amongst other issues.

• Taking instructions and drafting letters/correspondence.

• Drafting legal documents.

• Being the first point of contact for clients and managing your own cases.

• Be encouraged to begin to develop your own network in the region and inherit your own clients.

Person Specification

As a successful Private Client Solicitor, you will have:

• NQ - 3 years PQE, ideally with experience in Private Client law (Executries, wills, power of attorneys, guardianships and trusts etc).

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Excellent team player with a strong attention to detail and exceptional organisation skills.
