Software Engineer - Newmarket - GBPDOE

I am working with an exceptional start-up, who have developed an early-stage diagnostic device that is set to revolutionise the future of disease diagnosis.

Based in East Cambridgeshire, you will have the autonomy to design and develop new features of the device, that will be widely used in healthcare settings.

Working closely with the Head of Software, this well-rounded role does require exceptional attention to detail. The team is small but growing and will allow you to work across the technology stack, covering all aspects from the user interface to the services supporting the device.

Technically, you would be a great addition if you have:

• A background working across the full software lifecycle
• Experience with object-orientated design and design patterns
• Comfortable developing software within LabVIEW
• Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, and modern GUI frameworks
• Experience developing user experiences and graphical user interfaces
• Have worked in an agile team, enjoy working autonomously, and thrive solving complex problems
• Lastly, experience working within a regulated field, such as automotive, aerospace, or medical
