Projects Solicitor (Real Estate) - (NQ -2 years PQE) Edinburgh Are you a recently qualified solicitor with real estate experience or an experienced real estate solicitor who is considering a change and a move away from a traditional real estate workload? Our client is a well respected and leading independent boutique commercial law firm who have a presence in both Edinburgh and Glasgow. You will be supporting the partners and directors within the department working with operators, developers, investors, housebuilders and landowners covering all types of work such as environmental matters, hydro-power, solar, on-shore wind, biomass to anaerobic digestion. Initially the role will involve working mainly on commercial property aspects including corporate support and property development work however there will be an opportunity to take on other project and regulatory work. The successful individual will ideally have had experience and exposure to commercial property related work ideally including the purchase and sale of commercial property, leasing matters, security transactions to site acquisitions or renewable energy.
