Corporate / Commercial Solicitor (NQ -5 years PQE) Edinburgh Are you a recently qualified solicitor with corporate or commercial experience or an experienced corporate or commercial solicitor who is considering a change? The role will be broad and varied, dealing with a wide spectrum of work covering both general corporate to commercial contracts. You will also have the opportunity to assist in the maintenance of statutory records in relation to company secretarial services as well as conducting legal research on matters and will involve regular client contact with clients. The successful individual will ideally have had experience and exposure to a wide range of corporate and commercial work including shareholder agreements, private company purchases, sales, equity investment due diligence, private company shares, business acquisitions, sale transactions and private equity investment.
