Adversa Recruitment are looking for experienced Healthcare Assistants who may want to try out something new as a Call Handler/Responder for a company called Carelink.

We are looking for Care Assistants & Carers with a minimum of 3 months experience within the Care Sector who are looking to develop their professional career within a Local Authority environment.

As part of the Carelink team the candidates will be expected to undertake the following duties:

* call handling services

* responding to emergency situations including lifting uninjured customers using specialist equipment provided. (Full training provided)

* carrying out safe and well checks to support vulnerable people living in the community.

* installing and maintaining emergency call equipment in customer's homes and undertaking annual visits to check the equipment.

Due to the nature of the role some parts of the shift will be office based and other parts will require candidates to respond to customers in their own homes.

Shift patterns are as following:

* x4 7.5 hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid break on a rolling rota basis including weekends and bank holidays

You would be expected to:

* Work days afternoons and night shifts

* 7:00am to 15:00 pm and 15:00 pm to 23:00 pm and 23:00 pm to 07:00 am

* 30 hours per week


* Both covid vaccinations

* All candidates will be required to have an enhanced Adults DBS

* All candidates must hold a full manual driving license
