A Wholesale food company based in Pershore are searching for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis working Monday - Friday on a 3 week rotating basis (07:30 - 15:30, 08:30 - 16:30, 09:30 - 17:30). The company themselves have been in their industry for over 30 years.

The day to day responsibilities of a Sales Administrator will be:

Carry out administrative procedures effectively and efficiently and identify opportunities for continuous improvements in the Administrative functions.
Work flexibly with the rest of the admin team to ensure smooth running of the business.
Answering calls and emailing to customers, suppliers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Process customer orders and input orders in to the company systems using Excel and Sage Line 200.
Raising sales invoices, investigating customer invoice queries and posting purchase invoices after getting sign off.
Other general administration and ordering stock for the office.
The requirements for a Sales Administrator will be:

Previous experience working as a Sales Administrator will be essential.
Previous experience working with Sage Line 200 will be essential.
A Professional phone manner.
Organisational skills and attention to detail.
A focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
The role of Sales Administrator is working on a temporary - permanent basis being paid between GBP19,000 - GBP21,000 per annum with the potential of a permanent position after the completion of a 12 week period.
