Stately Strategic are working in partnership with a leading aerospace business in the Castle Donnington area, they are looking for a HR Advisor to join their business. The company are going through a sustained period of growth and have a great order book for the future.
This is a great opportunity for a HR Advisor looking for a work life balance or a HR Advisor looking to step into a role where they will have accountability and full autonomy to express their talent and implement new systems
?? Provide advice and support in disciplinary investigations, grievances, performance management and absence issues.
?? Support of recruitment campaigns.
?? Deliver onboarding programmes for new starters.
?? Regular audits of personal files.
?? Continually review policies and procedures identifying opportunities for improvement.
?? Conduct exit interviews.
?? Deal with HR queries and reporting.
?? Produce HR reports and correspondence.
?? Provide cost effective training advice.
?? Support key training initiatives and projects within the business.
?? Excellent communication skills
?? General IT Skills
The role pays up to 25K per annum and your working pattern is negotiable as required working hours are onsite for 25 hours per week, the client is happy to work around you and will arrange start times and working days which fit in well with your lifestyle and family
The role will eventually change into a full time position (Salary will change/hours etc.....) this will be in around 18 months time
