Electrical Systems Engineer. The UK is in the middle of a housing availability crisis and faster, greener and smarter way to solve this problem is by supporting modular construction. Our client who have over 30 depots and offices throughout the country, are now looking for a Electrical Systems Engineer to join them on a permanent basis.

Electrical Systems Engineer: main duties and responsibilities
* Design electrical systems and elements of the company range.
* Check the electrical elements & offer guidance on all CAD designs and feed back to the team as needed.
* Offer advice and guidance junior / graduate members of the design team on all things electrical.
* Offer support to the manufacturing team on electrical matters as needed.
* Work with the estimating and design team to achieve the most effective and efficient design to meet the client brief
* Provide estimates for electrical items or seek prices for specialist items as required.
* Offer guidance on subcontractors and products
* Amend CAD / produce drawings as required.
Electrical Systems Engineer skills:
* Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Ability to read and produce accurate working construction drawings.
* Good knowledge of Building Regulations.
* An understanding of manufacturing processes and construction methods.
* Ability to amend CAD drawings.
Electrical Systems Engineer hours of work: 8.30 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 4.00 pm on Friday
