CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISER
Hours: 37 per week
Salary: £23,080 - £25,481 per annum (City Pay Band 3)

Playing a vital role in the continuing success of our Customer Service Centre, you’ll of course have heard about our fantastic reputation. As a Customer Service Advisor, we will look to you to provide help and advice to customers with a diverse range of queries, questions and situations so you’ll be able to demonstrate your ability to build relationships, take ownership and use your initiative.
To support our customers using our range of digital methods, we are looking for someone with:
- Great customer service skills
- A solution focused attitude
- Strong people and communication skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
You will have the chance to work in partnership with all services within the Council and to keep the customer journey at the forefront of what we do. You will be based mainly in our Customer Service Centre, just a walk away from Cambridge train and bus stations in the city; however, there may be times when, in line with requirements of the service, you’ll be able to work remotely.
