Property Maintenance Coordinator - Cork
Euro Executive Recruitment has been retained by one of Corks leading Property Developers to recruit a Property Maintenance Coordinator to oversee the management and coordination of maintenance works taking place on their Commercial properties across the region.
Duties:
* Coordinate day-to-day functions of the buildings management.
* Overseeing PPM schedules and contracts.
* Liaison with building sub-contractors to ensure agreed works timeframe.
* Preparing RAMS for works to be undertaken.
* Overseeing Health & Safety policies and filing.
* Trouble shooting reactive maintenance.
* Coordinate SLA's for building contractors.
* Monitor service reports.
* Supporting helpdesk queries.
* Preparing "Permits to Work".
* Conduct fire drills across properties.
Experience:
* 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Excellent Microsoft Suite skill, particularly Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent Administration capabilities.
* Facilities / Maintenance qualification is advantageous.
* Strong report writing skills.
* Excellent Communication Skills.
