We support young people in preparation for adulthood. Over the years, we have developed a program of support, which enables young people to develop essential skills enabling them to achieve independence. We understand that each young person is a unique individual with their own life story, wishes and feelings.

Our Service leads work closely with social care teams, mental health practitioners and YOI teams to ensure a clear support plan with set objectives. Outcomes our monitored and progress tracked, packages are reviewed in line with the young person's progress. We're looking for person-centred Service leads who share the same values as we do. In addition to hourly rate, we offer a fantastic sleep-in rate.

• Professional or Personal experience working with Children (preferred)

Linx 16 plus in Hatfield is made up of 4 homes each providing a 24/7 service for our young people. We have various shift patterns available including long and short days, shifts vary between 9am and 9pm and waking night shifts are between 9pm and 9am. We are looking for staff that can be flexible between these hours and are happy to work weekends on a rota basis, usually one weekend on, one weekend off.

We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of the people we support. All successful candidates will be subject to an Enhanced DBS/PVG check and Regulated Activity, which will include a check against the barred children's list.
