Can you build effective relationships with our customers?

Working within the Strategic and Corporate Customer Service team, your main priority will be ensuring that customers receive a high level of customer service. As an account manager, you'll be the main point of contact for your customers. You'll manage your customer accounts resolving any enquiries, whilst keeping in line with specific Service Level Agreements. This role will keep you on your toes as you'll need to respond to all customer queries within 48 hours of receipt. Not surprisingly, you'll also need to resolve each one in a professional manner.

Since you'll be communicating with customers and external third parties every day, your desire to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships is essential. You'll also need to consistently deliver excellent results against agreed objectives. All the while complying with both internal and industry requirements which include Complaint Handling Standards.

This is a busy role, so you'll be highly organised and able to manage your own daily priorities. Your ability to use multiple systems/online platforms will be key. As will your ability to keep the system fully updated with accurate customer information. So, you'll need a good working knowledge of systems, including Microsoft Office.

The training and development you'll receive will give you the opportunity to enhance your skills and knowledge. There's also the potential to move to other teams within Customer Services.
