Premex Services, part of ExamworksUK are looking to recruit additional claims handlers to assist with the administration on the part time team.
Roles / Duties
* Complete all data entry and related tasks to a competent level of accuracy on one full area of the operational process
* Complete assigned work within the time-scales provided
* Increase business, process and client knowledge
* Make and receive telephone calls to customers and suppliers, ensuring a high-level of customer service at all times.
* Sort and prepare documents accurately
* Rectify errors and achieve accuracy in all areas of work processed
* Ensure all written correspondence is completed using the correct grammar/spelling.
* Be a team player and display a positive attitude towards team work, team members, peers, managers and the company at all times
* Have the ability to work under pressure
* Assist newly trained members of staff on the operational process
* Ensure all complaints are passed to a manager
* Attend and complete any training required by the business
* Complete any other duties as deemed necessary by the business
