Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre is a 32 bed specialist hospital set within the 12 acre grounds of a manor house. We provide care to adults who have suffered a brain injury or suffer with a complex neurological condition from early stages of recovery from a brain injury, through to long term specialist residential care.
We are located on the outskirts of the village of Hothfield, just four miles from the busy town of Ashford with Ashford International and Charing train stations nearby. There is also ample free parking on site.
We are looking for a part time Clinical Administrator to provide effective and efficient administrative and secretarial support to the medical, nursing and multi-disciplinary teams. To work as a member of the administration team supporting the smooth running of the department.
Key Accountabilities:
* Organise relevant clinical meetings
* Provide administrative and secretarial support to all departments
* Prepare and produce unit reports
* Administration of the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act as required
* On-going development of the hospital's administrative systems
Skills & Experience:
* Good level of education (inc Maths and English)
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, Outlook and Excel
* Excellent organisational skills
* Effective communication skills
* Clinical administration/medical secretarial experience desirable
* Ability to work to deadlines
This is a full time position working 22.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday. We pay GBP9.32 per hour.
