Skills and experience required:

• Confident leading a team
• GDC Registered
• Ensure CQC requirements are met
• Manage audits
• IPC lead
• Policies and procedures are maintained
• Waste and stock management
• Lab control
• Mentor, train and support nursing team
• Led monthly meetings
• Oversee staff nursing rotas
• Undertake some reception duties and manage referrals
• Personable, positive and enthusiastic with a great customer focus and strong communication skills
• Provide excellent patient care
• Will also require nursing duties
• Radiology trained a bonus
