Our client urgently requires an experienced ERP Application Support Analyst to join their team based in Exeter, on a permanent basis. The ERP Application Support Analyst will be involved in a global rollout of INFOR in the next few years and will also have the opportunity to travel to countries such as Germany, Italy, Japan and Mexico! International travel will not be frequent and certainly not straight away.

The ERP Application Support Analyst will be well versed in ERPs (ideally INFOR/JBA/System 21, however any ERP is acceptable). You should be confident in implementations and global rollouts, as well as having the ability to train others.

• Previous experience as an All-rounder
• Support ERP Solutions
• Project Manage implementations
• Participate in training colleagues/users
• Strong documentation skills
• INFOR XA/JBA/System 21 ideal - Or another ERP
• Strong Commination skills/Customer facing skills
