We are looking for an experience Insurance Case Handler to join our Finance team to provide a lead role in handling all insurance claims and will be a varied busy role including the following:

Handling of employers liability, public liability, material damage, motor claims and business interruption claims
Liaising with all stakeholders across the Group
Collect accurate information and documents in connection with any claims
Obtain from external specialists such as loss adjusters on complex cases
Ensure fair settlement of a valid claim and manage all associated administration
Preparation of payment agreements
Open new files then closing through to archive
Manage all case files and deal with any ongoing court proceedings
Maintain excellent customer service
General duties such as proof reading, typing and filing
You will ideally have a strong administration background in either a legal or claims environment with great IT skills. Great customer service experience dealing clients over the telephone with the ability to prioritise workloads. The role will be office based adhering to strict Covid-19 precautions
