Software Development Team Leader (.Net/C#) - Bristol

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Software Development professional with Team Lead/Management experience to join a growing team and influence their future technical direction.

The Software Development Team Leader will need to have a background in the .NET stack but current coding experience is not essential. The role will involve management, challenging .NET Developers and setting the technical direction as this team look to modernise an existing application into a modern microservices architecture.

The position is working for an established business with a collaborative and experienced development team.

For this Software Development Team Leader role you require experience in:

.Leading/Managing a team of .NET Developers
.Knowledge of C#, .Net, SQL/Oracle, .NET Core, Visual Studio
.Building web applications
.Agile/experience as a Scrum Master
.Experience of DevOps techniques is desirable
.Strong communication and motivational skills

This Software Development Team Leader role is working in Bristol one day a week with the remainder working from home.
