Project Coordinator, Bath
Resolve Recruitment Services are working with a client that offers a world-class global practice of engineers, consultants and advisers. An opportunity has arisen for a talented Project Coordinator to support the strategic projects office team in the delivery of their objectives.
The role:
Diary and calendar management, meeting room booking
Travel management
Board, technology executive group booking and papers collation and distribution
GLT and other reporting lines - preparation of reports
Managing the strategic projects office team delivery against the calendar
Deliver project tasks in support of the team
Attending internal meetings, taking minutes and distributing documents
Upload/Download information and documents, organise downloaded information into relevant folders and notify the correct people.
Develop a good understanding of the digital systems and manage version control, filing and archiving.
Manage the strategic projects office team content on Magellan
Reasonable additional tasks as required by your line manager from time to time
Responds to stakeholders need for information through pre-defined channels
Plan, track and report budgets relating to the required areas and prepare board level presentations.The person:
Administration or Coordination experience is essential
Excellent computer and IT skills including; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience of using spreadsheets.
Ability to take meeting minutes
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Great organisation skills
The ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize your workload
Strong problem-solving skills and a 'can-do' attitude
Willing to learn industry terminology and procedures.
Commercial awareness and an aptitude for financial management
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise workload independently
Experience with Microsoft Project software is an advantage
General knowledge of Project Management principles and methodology is desirable
Knowledge of project scheduling and monitoring tools is an advantage
Understanding of quality and cost control processes is desirableThe package:
Competitive basic salary of up to GBP24,000 per annum
