Financial Advisor

Are you a newly qualified Financial Advisor? Are you an experienced Financial Advisor? My client is looking for additional Advisors to join their successful company. Due to retirement and continued growth, there are existing client banks and additional leads provided.

Full training and support will be provided for newly qualified Financial Advisors through their academy to ensure Advisors are ready to hit the ground running when they begin to see Clients. This a great opportunity for the next generation of Financial Advisors to begin their career in a supportive environment.

For newly Qualified Financial Advisors basic salary begins at GBP32,500 rising to GBP35,000 once the academy and probation has been passed.

For experienced Advisors, basic salary is negotiable depending upon experience.

An excellent bonus scheme is offered following 3x Salary validation starting at 40% and rising to 70%!

Back office support can be provided

Opportunities exist across Devon and Cornwall, Wales, South Midlands and Hampshire
