Sales Negotiator
Due to a hugely successful year, our clients, a forward-thinking Estate Agency in Southport, are seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their team.
This is an opportunity to join an expanding business with fantastic earning potential, based on the levels of instructions and sales they are achieving alongside the opportunity to grow within the business.
To be considered for the role of a Sales Negotiator our clients are ideally seeking:
- An experienced Estate Agent
- With Excellent knowledge of the industry
- Good knowledge of the Southport area.
Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator will include:
- Registering applicants
- Arranging Viewings
- Booking FS appointments
- Referring Conveyancing leads
- Negotiating on offers
- Liaising with vendors and purchaser
Salary:
- Basic GBP18,000
- OTE GBP40,000 - GBP45,000
- Individual commission on completed sales
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday
- Weekend rota (Saturday or Sunday)
