CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST - FLUENT POLISH ESSENTIAL

THE ROLE:
As an Customer Service Specialist, you will be dealing with new and existing customers, administering their accounts, and guiding them towards choosing the insurance products that best suits their needs. At the core of every interaction, be that face to face or over the phone, the aim is always to give the customer the very highest level of service, something that is synonymous with the brand. The key to success in the role is the ability to identify the needs of clients and build long-term customer relationships whilst conducting yourself in a professional and diligent manner.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must possess a good standard of general education with strong customer service or sales experience (minimum 2 years ideally, although this is flexible for the right candidate); experience in insurance, banking or finance is preferred, but not essential as full training will be given. If you take the initiative, their policy of in-house promotion will ensure you have plenty of scope to progress as your skills develop. YOUR SKILLS:
- Polish fluency to C2 level (written and spoken), English to C1 level (written and spoken) *if you are unsure of your language level, please submit your CV and we will contact you to discuss*
- Listening skills - able to build rapport with the clients and identify their needs
- Able to deal confidently with clients both face to face and over the phone
- Experience in a professional office based or call centre environment
- Skilled at cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships with both clients and colleagues
- Can demonstrate strong communication skills and an enthusiastic sales ability
- Comfortable with upselling/cross-selling suitable products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to learn quickly, organise yourself efficiently, think imaginatively and work well under pressure
- Right to work in the UK
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
Starting salary up to GBP25,000, company pension, 22 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days through service), employee discount on a wide range of insurance products, High Street retailer discounts and much more
