Senior Lettings Negotiator

Our client is a successful and respected independent estate agency, and they are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their friendly team in Haverhill. The successful candidate must have lettings experience and a proven track record of being a successful negotiator.

The role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator will involve:

• Lettings (and some sales) viewings
• Lettings Appraisals
• Securing Applications and negotiating with landlords and tenants
• Conducting referencing and organising paperwork (with admin support for paperwork).
• Organising and executing proactive, new business generation tasks.
• Liaising with the wider property management and client accounting teams

For the role of a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you must have the following:

• Great communication skills
• Confident personality
• Good organisation, prioritisation and multi-tasking skills
• Eye on Progression
• Team player
• Letting's experience
• ARLA qualified preferred however not essential

Salary/Package:

• Basic GBP22,000 (DOE).
• OTE GBP26,000

Working Hours:

• Monday-Friday 9 am-6 pm
• Alternate Saturdays 9 am-4 pm
• Day off in lieu for each Saturday you work
