We're looking for meticulous Senior Construction Quality Analysts

As one of our Senior Construction Quality Analysts, you'll have a critical role to play at the heart of our efforts to support our customers in the delivery of high-quality construction. Your day-to-day role
Reporting to the Construction Quality Manager, you will carry out on-site Construction Quality Reviews, surveys and, dependent on skill set, undertake analysis and/or provide feedback to our customers on construction quality.
You will typically work within your defined geographical area; however, some occasional nationwide travel and overnight stays may be required.
The qualities and skills we're looking for
We're looking for a highly motivated individuals with great technical knowledge, a passion for high standards and a real eye for detail.
You'll also need:
- proven experience within the house-building industry
- good knowledge of Building Regulations, NHBC Standards and Building Control
- the ability to build rapport and convey complex technical information to site personnel clearly and concisely
- to be insightful, creative, persuasive and diplomatic
- to be an effective communicator face to face, in workshops, in written reports and through presentations
- solid analytical skills and to be comfortable using Microsoft Excel
- highly organised and able to prioritise a demanding workload.
If you have previous inspection or quality management experience so much the better, Current membership or working towards membership of a relevant professional institution such as RICS, CABE, CIOB, ICWCI is also desirable though not compulsory.

Your salary and benefits
Salary and bonus: Your salary will be in the range of GBP40,00 to GBP52,200 per year dependent on experience plus a remote worker allowance. An additional regional uplift of up to GBP3750 for London weighting allowance. Our annual bonus scheme rewards our strongest performers with the highest bonuses and, subject to the company's performance and your own, you could earn up to 6% annual bonus.
Company car: We'll provide you with a company car (subject to you doing a minimum of 4,000 business miles a year). We're bringing on more electric cars to our fleet so you'll pay less tax and we can continue improving our environmental impact.
Pension: Our pension contributions are generous and, depending on your own level of monthly contributions, we will contribute up to 10.5% of your pensionable salary each year.
Holiday: We offer 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays with the option to purchase an extra week per year.
Private health care: We will pay towards Aviva private medical insurance cover for you and your family worth GBP395 each year.
