GBP19,642 to GBP20,985 per annum,

37 hours per week

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, well organised, professional administrator with excellent communication, literacy, numeracy and IT skills to support Technology at Abingdon & Witney College.

The faculty is made up of the following curriculum areas: Engineering, Motor Vehicle, Science, Computing / Digital Technologies, Construction. The courses we offer range from Level 1 to 4 and prepare students to prepare for the next step of their journey. The work of the faculty is extremely rich and varied, and you must have a flexible approach to work whilst maintaining the ability to prioritise and meet challenging deadlines. The successful applicant will be able to thrive in a very busy environment and provide a high level of administrative support, including diary and email management, organising trips and events, helping to co-ordinate interviews and open days, placing orders, communicating with stakeholders such as parents, students and employers.

Successful applicants may be required to travel between campuses and provide administrative support where necessary.

The successful candidate will complete a degree level apprenticeship with Oxford Brookes University on a day release program, gaining a qualification in CMDA (Chartered Management Degree).
