Marketing and Communication Manager | Leicestershire | GBP38,000 + GBP5k car allowance
Cherry Professional is supporting a Leicestershire based client to recruit for a Marketing Communication Manager on a permanent basis.
This role is with us exclusively and the client is looking for someone to support the business on all marketing and communications matters to ensure the continuous development of the company's marketing and communications strategies. Your goal is to raise brand awareness of the companies' industry-leading reputation to drive the growth of the business.
Do you have experience in marketing and communications? Do you want the freedom and ability to create and implement a marketing plan to help the organisation achieve their growth plans?
Key Responsibilities,
To create and develop a marketing plan to maximise growth opportunities.
Undertake market analysis to establish and report the company's position within the market.
Create and develop the company's marketing and internal communication strategies and maintain a strong brand through a range of online and offline channels.
Ensure online reputation is projected and received positively, you will be required to report on brand reputation and drive improvements to the company's digital media platforms and the quality of content.
Develop response mechanisms for queries coming into the business and cover key information, news, and developments for the company and broader industry.
You will network with trade professionals and press to promote the company brand and identify PR networking opportunities from conferences, awards and events.
You will organise marketing material for conferences attended by the company and manage the marketing and PR budget, ensuring best value for purchasing.
Own and develop brand guidelines, department policies and processes and keep these updated.
Ideal candidate,
Experience in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Ability to develop creative ideas and transform them into practical reality.
Ability to lead and influence others within the team to deliver effective campaigns
Excellent project management skills.
What's on offer,
Salary of GBP38,136 per annum
Car allowance of GBP5,673 per annum
37.5 hour working week
24 days holiday + 8 days public holiday
Non-contractual bonus*
Additional "holiday payment" equivalent to 2% of annual salary*
