We are looking for Manufacturing Production Operatives to work for UK's leading Automotive
Foam Manufacturer.

Location: Wednesbury, West Midlands - easily commutable from Wolverhampton, West Bromwich,
Dudley, Walsall, Birmingham and surrounding areas. Metro stop located close to the facility.

Pay rate and working hours:

• Rotation Day (mornings and afternoons): GBP11.01 per hour for the first 4 weeks & GBP12.59 after
• Nights: GBP11.77 per hour for first 4 weeks & GBP13.47 after
• Overtime rates - a premium overtime rate varying from 1.33x to 2x (double time) applicable after completion of a standard week's hours

The working hours are based on a weekly 2-shift rotation or nights where available, due to the
nature of the business you must be available to work all shifts when required:
* Mornings: Monday - Friday, 06:00AM - 14:00PM
* Afternoons: Monday - Friday, 14:00PM - 22:00 PM
* Nights: Sunday - Thursday, 22:00PM- 06:00AM

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in automotive foam manufacturing process, this may include mould preparation, placing seat inserts, quality inspection, rework of the parts to achieve the highest quality of the finished product or packing of the parts.

• General production duties
• Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety procedures at all times
• Keeping your working area clean and tidy

Requirements:

* Previous warehouse / automotive experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be
provided
* Availability to work rotating shifts is essential
* Available to work overtime in clients peak time
* Enthusiasm and flexibility towards the role
