Helpdesk Manager

Reporting directly to the senior management team, this Helpdesk Manager role will be a highly visible, hands-on and pro-active role, managing a busy helpdesk team, your responsibilities including call management service delivery and prioritisation and general supervision of the helpdesk team.

Alongside managing the helpdesk team this role will also involve customer care management, ensuring that clients receive the very best service, customer care and attention.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience of managing successful helpdesk teams, have the ability to thrive in a continually changing environment, strong customer focus and empathy, ability to manage, coach, motivate and lead teams, coupled with strong problem solving, decision making, planning and prioritisation skills.
