We're on the lookout for a part time Administrator to join our well-established client based in Banbury on a temporary basis.
About the role:
As a Administrator, you will be responsible for:
* To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties and the provision of administrative support to the multidisciplinary team.
* Recording and actioning requests for medical reports, requests for information including SARS, insurance reports and IGPR requests.
* To deal with other ad-hoc processing of information requests (both electronically and by hard copy) in a timely manner and in accordance with current policies and legislation.
* To support the Business Support Manager with the distribution of information, messages, enquiries for patient's, the clinical & wider team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies.
* Assisting the Business Support Manager with administrating other areas in the Business Support Team remit, such as, scheduling meetings, taking minutes, dealing with feedback from patients, communications, promoting health and safety across the Practice and ordering consumables.
You will be required to work 22.5 hours over 3 days a week and the pay would be between GBP9.50 to GBP10 an hour depending on experience
