Chef de Partie
Ironbridge
Full time 40 - 45 hours per week (Including Weekends)
on Permanent GBP19,000 - GBP20,000 (Depending experience)
My Client is looking for a Chef De Partie to join a small, friendly, and professional team at an independently owned and managed 3* country house hotel and restaurant.
This is a great opportunity to join a team of talented and experienced Chef who provide excellent cuisine at 2 AA rosette standard for its restaurant. We are looking for applicants who wish to further their experience and who is passionate about hospitality and cooking to a high standard with fresh ingredients.
The Team are a very dedicated and committed team. The client is looking for someone who is reliable and hardworking, able to work under pressure and have strong communication skills, with the ability to run their own section.
Ideal candidate:
* must be flexible around your working hours as shift patterns vary and include weekends and they cover mostly lunch and evening shifts with the occasional breakfast/early shift.
* A positive attitude
* Experience of working to high standards.
* Excellent culinary skills
* Passion for food
* Work well as part of a team.
* Be able to take direction.
* Genuine flair for cooking
* Self-motivated with a positive attitude and high levels of enthusiasm
* Creative, with a good knowledge of modern and traditional cuisine
* Adaptable and Willing to learn new skills and progress within the team.
