What Will You Be Doing?

This role is at the heart of what we do - understanding our customers and going the extra mile to exceed their expectations. You'll be working in a busy but friendly and supportive environment: -

Answering incoming telephone service requests professionally and promptly within 3 rings

Dealing with customer email requests on a timely basis

Using our bespoke software systems to: -

record vehicle defects and issues

manage vehicle defects through the repair process, recording and updating all necessary information

Ensuring our customers are updated throughout the repair process

Managing our suppliers throughout the repair process, building effective rapport to ensure agreed service levels are achieved

Salary: GBP21,000 per annum
