Customer Service/Sales Administrator
Full Time - Monday to Friday between the hours of 08:45am - 5:30pm
Salary GBP18,252

Due to growth, our Jarrow-based client is looking for an experienced Customer Service/ Sales Administrator to join their team, who thrives in a busy role and has a proven track-record in a customer service environment. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic, professional and friendly team working hard to ensure that all aspects of the customer journey are effortless.
Role and Responsibilities:
You will answer customer queries via the telephone and email, process customer orders and solve complex queries on a daily basis. Attention to detail is a must in all aspects of this role and Call Centre experience would be an advantage
Person Specification:
The successful candidate will;
Experience of working in this type of environment is essential however full training will be given. Have good attention to detail and levels of accuracy
Be able to deal with large volumes of emails on a daily basis
Able to prioritise workload
Use initiative to ensure high levels of customer service are met
Have experience working in a busy administrative role
Have some experience working for excel
Ideally, you will be able to start immediately.
