Between GBP22,568.00 to GBP24,648.00 depending on experience
Monday to Friday on a rota shift pattern
Meal provided on shift.

Conference rooms, Function rooms, Client reception, and other areas in Hospitality and AV Departments.

Position Summary

Maintain professional image and reputation of BaxterStorey in all contact with clients, suppliers and internal staff.

Work as a team to ensure the high standards of service and technical support are delivered to clients, suppliers and internal staff in all front of house operations.

Must be able to work under pressure and provide technical support in a demanding fast pace environment.

Proactive with strong confident communication skills essential as this is a client facing environment.

Basic IT skills and Video Conferencing systems preferred.

Set up and test the AV equipment for all conferences/multi-function rooms.

Ensure day to day cleanliness, tidiness and setting up of all rooms meet the quality service expected by

the client in all areas of operation.

Condition of meeting room standards to be checked and maintained.

Being proactive in checking in checking daily bookings and setting up room specifications in advance if necessary.

Implementation of statutory and company hygiene, health and safety procedures within designated areas.

Liaising with different departments and clients to gather full events/meeting room requirements, such as rooms set up, catering, IT, AV, per the best practice processes and timeline.
Responsible for the logistics, set up and testing of AV equipment for client events and meeting rooms
Ensuring the high standards of service and technical support is delivered to clients, suppliers and internal staff in all front of house operations.
Be on the day AV point of contact as and when required.
Thrive on ensuring the smooth running of meetings and events from point of enquiry to execution.
Working to and ensuring others adhere to best practice/processes for all events and meetings.

To be considered you will have a genuine interest in great service, with excellent communication skills both written and verbal, good organisational skills, and numerate. You must be able to work under pressure and provide technical support in a demanding fast pace environment, you will have basic IT skills and knowledge of Video Conferencing systems is preferred.
