Landlord & Tenant Paralegal

This Legal 200 firm boasts a flourishing, Exeter based, Leisure & Caravan Park Law team. This department advises on both contentious and non-contentious needs of Leisure & Caravan park owners. Proud of its reputation as award winning lawyers in this area, advising holiday and home park associations for over 65 years, the firm offers excellent experience for a paralegal looking to expand their career.

The emphasis of the role is to:

• Provide the highest standard of professional service and client care
• Open, close, and archive client files
• Proofread and update dictated work
• Deal with email or telephone enquiries
• Assist lawyers with other administrative duties

This position will be very broad and working on both contentious and non-contentious matters. You will likely be advising Landlords on terms & conditions, commercial contracts, sale & purchase of property, goods & services, and property litigation.

Ideally you will be very well organised, with a can-do attitude and not be afraid of rolling up your sleeves to adapt to this busy, fast-growing market. You will already have at least 1 years' experience as a paralegal from another reputed law firm.
